What are the HOA dues and how are they used?
The HOA is $73/month and the funds go towards the roads, park/play area, clubhouse, pool area, gym, roads and the entrance/exit gates – just to name a few!
Do I need HOA approval to put turf in my backyard?
Yes. Any change to the outside of the house must get approval. This includes all exterior parts of the home structure as well as the grounds in the front yard and backyard!
These rules are not meant to be burdensome, they are meant to protect the longevity of the neighborhood and enable everyone’s enjoyment of their home.
